Walksnail Avatar Mini HD Lite kit

Every gram counts. The Walksnail Avatar Mini Lite kit is a lightweight combination of camera, video transmitter and antennas for the digital Walksnail Avatar system. Walksnail Avatar enables video transmission in full HD (1080p) or HD (720p) quality with low latency of up to 22ms and a high refresh rate of 60/120fps and data throughput of 25/50mbps. The Walksnail Avatar system supports the so-called Canvas mode, in which a classic full-featured OSD can be rendered into the image, just as you are used to from the analog world.

The Avatar Mini 1S Lite kit is slightly smaller and lighter than the Avatar Mini1S kit. The complete transmission weighs only 7.8 grams. The kit is therefore primarily intended for Tinywhoops. For transmission it uses one linear antenna connected via an u.FL connector. The video transmitter has been reduced in size and weight to 5.1 grams. The kit uses the newly lightweight V3 transmitter. It can be powered by 3.1-13V (1-3S Lipo / 5V BEC). Maximum power is 500mW. The transmitter has internal 8GB memory, which can be used to record footage from the camera. For easy installation in the quadcopter, the video transmitter has holes with 25.5x25.5mm M2 spacing. The Avatar HD Lite camera is reduced in size and designed for mounting in a holder. With a 2.1mm lens it provides a 170° FOV at a low weight of 1.8g. It is connected to the video transmitter by a 5cm cable. The aspect ratio is switchable 4:3/16:9.

The kit is supplied with the new V3 transmitter, but due to a Caddx error still with the old V2 manual.
