Shipping is provided exclusively by GLS, PPL or Packeta (Zásilkovna). You can either enter the destination address to which the parcel will be delivered, or choose delivery to a GLS Parcel Shop, a PPL pick-up point or a Packeta pick-up point, where you can collect the parcel yourself.
Orders placed by 11–12 a.m. are usually (but not guaranteed to be) dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 12 noon are usually dispatched the next working day and delivered within two working days of the order. We always ship orders complete. If the order contains goods that are not in stock, the order will be dispatched once all items in the order are in stock.
GLS delivery within the Czech Republic costs CZK 89 incl. VAT. Delivery to a pick-up point costs CZK 59 incl. VAT.
GLS delivery time outside the Czech Republic is usually 2–6 working days from the order. The exact price for delivery to your chosen country will be shown during the checkout process. We deliver to all EU countries, except island regions. GLS shipping prices to selected countries:
With Packeta and PPL, the price and delivery time depend on the destination country and the chosen delivery method. The exact delivery time and price will be shown during the checkout process.
The stated delivery times are indicative only and are based on the usual delivery times stated by the carriers. They are not guaranteed – delivery may take longer, e.g. due to carrier workload, public holidays or adverse weather. For details, see our Terms and Conditions (Art. 7.6).

When paying by bank transfer, we dispatch the goods only after the full amount for the order has been credited to our account. Always remember to state the order number as the payment reference (variable symbol).
