VAS Minion PRO 5.8GHz - 110mm RHCP u.FL

VAS Minion PRO is a compact omnidirectional antenna operating in the 5.8GHz band with right-hand circular polarization RHCP, a u.FL connector, and is suitable for the transmitting side.

The antenna is based on a new radiator system that achieves a gain of 2.5dBic with an axial ratio of 0.95. An axial ratio close to one means that the radiated field is almost perfectly circular, allowing the antenna to effectively suppress signal reflections from terrain and obstacles („multipathing“), which in analog transmission appear as noise and image breakup. The radiator design is protected by U.S. patents No. 10 608 346 and 10 916 837.

The housing is made of durable plastic that is transparent to high-frequency signals, so it protects the radiator against impacts without degrading its radiation. With a weight of 2.3g, it is among the lightest antennas in this class and will not burden even lightweight builds. It is made in the USA and meets NDAA requirements.
