SpeedyBee Master 5 V2 - unpacked

Speedybee Master 5 V2 is a unique frame suitable for cinematic and freestyle flying. The frame uses a deadcat layout, where the front arms are positioned further back, so the edges of the props are not visible in the camera. A unique feature is the mounting of the stack. The stack is not mounted to the carbon, but is mounted through a 3D printed TPU insert. This filters out high-frequency vibrations. The TPU insert comes in two designs and two hardnesses (50A/80A). Around the stack are plastic covers that protect electronics from dirt. The covers contain LEDs for a unique look. The camera is protected by aluminum side plates. It is also mounted via a TPU insert that helps absorb unwanted vibrations. On the back of the frame is a universal aluminum heatsink, which helps dissipate heat from video transmitters. The top plate is divided into two parts. The front part is designed for mounting a GoPro camera and does not need to be removed for drone servicing. The frame also includes extensive 3D printed accessories.

The arms are milled from 5mm thick carbon and accommodate motors with a hole spacing of 16mm. The TPU insert for the stack has M3 mounting holes with spacings of 30.5x30.5mm and 20x20mm. At the rear of the frame are mounting holes with spacings of 20x20/25.5x25.5/30.5x30.5mm for mounting video transmitters. The aluminum side plates for the camera and the standoffs are made of durable aluminum alloy 7075. The drone can be built with both analog and digital video transmission.
