SpeedyBee F405 V5 OX32 55A Stack is a combination of a flight controller and ESC with a mounting pattern of 30.5×30.5mm. The board supports firmware Betaflight and ArduPilot, making it suitable for 5″ freestyle copters and 7″ long-range drones powered by 3–6S batteries. The flight controller is equipped with an integrated Bluetooth module for wireless setup.
The flight controller is based on the STM32F405 processor with the ICM42688P gyro and SPL06-003 barometer for altitude measurement. It features 16MB blackbox memory, a 5V/2.5A BEC for powering the receiver, peripherals, and LED strips, and a 9V/2.5A BEC for the camera or video transmitter, with the 9V output supporting remote switching via PINIO. The 4.5V/1A output allows powering the receiver or GPS even when connected via USB without a battery. It includes an OSD chip AT7456E for analog video and a connector for direct connection of digital video transmission. The flight controller has 4 motor outputs and an additional 2 signal outputs for servos. The flight controller is factory coated with a protective layer against moisture.
The stack is complemented by a 4-in-1 ESC that can handle currents up to 55A. To enhance current transfer, the ESC uses nickel power buses. It is equipped with an aluminum heat sink that helps dissipate heat while protecting the electronics from dirt. The ESC includes a current sensor and a TVS diode for protection against voltage spikes. The ESC uses the firmware OX32, which is an alternative to BLHeli_32. The setup is done via OX32 configurator.
