Sequre SWP25 kit for SQ-SW3
Sequre SWP25 is a set of two split welding handles (pens) for the capacitor spot welder Sequre SQ-SW3. The handles are made of ultra-soft nickel-plated copper cable with a cross-section of 25 mm² — soft to the touch, oxidation-resistant, with low resistance and high current-carrying capacity. The split design (two separate handles) makes it easier to precisely position both electrodes and to access tight areas of the battery pack.
Welding is triggered by the included foot pedal with a 3.5 mm jack connector, so both hands remain free to hold the cells and nickel strip. The tips use replaceable 5×70 mm welding needles made of aluminum oxide copper, which do not stick to the nickel strip. The kit also includes mounting hardware and tools for replacing the tips.
