Runcam Split 4 is a hybrid camera that serves both for FPV and for recording up to 4K. Split 4 uses a Nano-sized camera and a main board with a 25.5x25.5mm mounting pattern. The camera is therefore intended primarily for use on Whoops and Toothpicks. The camera can record up to 4K@30fps or 2.7K@60fps. Compared to other hybrid 4K cameras, Split 4 uses only one chip. This results in latency of around 55ms, but a significant weight reduction to just 10.2g. The camera has an integrated gyro, which makes it possible to stabilize the recorded footage. The camera input voltage is 5-20V; however, the camera must be powered via a BEC. Voltage spikes on the main power supply can permanently destroy the camera.
