Rotorama OctoPDB is a power distribution board designed for high-performance drones with 4, 6 or 8 motors. It distributes power from the battery to the individual controllers. The board is particularly suitable for 15" and larger drones, where 4-in-1 controllers are not powerful enough. The board offers a total of 10 main outputs, including 8 for ESC and 2 for additional high-draw accessories, such as a strong BEC or powering a payload. The ESC outputs have pads for connecting both the signal and telemetry wires from the ESC. For convenient connection to the flight controller with a standard 8-pin cable, pads are available in the center of the board. On the underside of the board, there are two additional voltage outputs suitable for connecting devices with a current draw up to 2A. On the sides, there are the main pads for battery input. The PDB can be used with one or two batteries in parallel configuration.

The PDB board is an 8-layer PCB with 2 oz copper, ensuring low resistance, even current distribution, and better thermal stability. As a result, the board can handle currents up to 200A per channel and up to 500A total. The board contains no electronics and is thus suitable for use with 6S, 12S or even 14S batteries. The board has standard mounting holes of 30.5x30.5mm with M4 size. It is intended for use with internal soft mounts (not included) and M3 screws. The external dimensions of the board are 80x80mm. Make sure there is enough space in the drone frame.
