Radiomaster Pocket is a small radio with a great price/performance ratio. It is suitable for beginner pilots or for those who want a compact and small radio. Due to its small size, the transmitter is also suitable for younger pilots. The transmitter uses hall gimbals with removable ends for easy transport. These can be stored on the side of the radio. The transmission antenna is foldable, taking up minimal space during transport.
Instead of traditional switches, the radio is equipped with toggle switches and buttons, which are again more compact and also more durable. All information about the transmitter's status is displayed on an LCD monochrome screen. The settings of the radio are the same as other Radiomaster models, using 6 buttons and a rotary knob. The radio uses fully configurable firmware EdgeTX. The Radiomaster Pocket is powered by a pair of 18650 Li-ion batteries (not included), which can be charged via the bottom USB-C connector. The USB connector on the top is for connecting to a PC for flying in a simulator. On the back of the transmitter is a standard small Nano bay for possible extension with an external transmission module. You can easily adjust the stiffness of the gimbals from the back of the transmitter.
The Radiomaster Pocket in CC2500 version uses a multiprotocol module. The module supports protocols Corona, Hitec, Futaba S-FHSS, Frsky D16/D8, RadioLink, Graupner HoTT and many others.
The item was unpacked. The radio is like new and shows no significant signs of use.
