MicoAir MG-F10 is a GPS module based on the u-Blox NEO-F10N chip, capable of operating on dual frequency bands – L1 (1575MHz) and L5 (1176MHz). Thanks to its dual-band reception, the MicoAir MG-F10 offers significantly higher accuracy (approx. 1 meter without RTK) compared to standard GPS modules and performs better in urban environments between buildings. The module uses a high-gain Helix antenna and a 38dB LNA amplifier for fast satellite acquisition. It supports up to 4 GNSS systems simultaneously and provides a refresh rate of up to 10Hz. The MG-F10 also features an integrated IST8310 magnetometer. GPS status is indicated by an LED: a solid blue light means the module is powered, and blinking indicates a 3D satellite fix.
The GPS module is supported by Ardupilot and PX4 firmware.
