Matek F405-WMO

Matek F405-WMO is a compact unit designed primarily for small aircraft and VTOLs, where low weight is required while still providing plenty of functions. The unit consists of two boards and an external USB-C connector with a buzzer. The bottom board is the PDB – power distribution board. It supplies and distributes power to the ESCs and includes a current sensor rated up to 90A continuous, a 5V@2A BEC for the flight controller, a 5/6V@4.5A BEC for servos, and a protective TVS diode. The board supports power input from 2–6S LiPo batteries (5.4–30 V).

The top board is the flight controller. It is based on the F405 processor and the ICM42688-P gyro with an SPL06 barometer for altitude measurement. The board supports iNav and ArduPilot firmware. It also features an analog OSD chip and a microSD card slot. For peripherals, it offers 4 UARTs, 10 PWM outputs, an I2C bus, and 2 ADC inputs (for current and voltage sensors). For video transmitters, a switchable filtered VBAT pad is provided.
