Maple Wireless UHF Log-Periodic Antenna 370-1400MHz 6dBi is a wideband directional LPDA („log-periodic dipole array“) antenna for RC links and radio direction finding. It covers the continuous 370-1400MHz band, so one antenna supports both the European 868MHz and 915MHz ExpressLRS bands as well as other UHF systems, including frequency-hopping links.

Gain is 5-6dBi and the radiation angle is 120° horizontal and 80° vertical. The wide beam tolerates model movement and inaccurate aiming, but it is still a directional antenna — the antenna must point towards the drone. It is suitable for long-range flights and ground stations where increased RC link range is needed. Polarization is linear, VSWR remains below 1,6 across the entire band (manufacturer measurements show 1,30 at both 370MHz and 1,4GHz), and impedance is 50Ω.

The antenna is built on a PCB measuring 340x315 mm with a thickness of 1,5mm. It connects via an SMA female connector and has a 1/4-20 thread on the mount, allowing quick installation on a standard camera tripod. Its low weight also allows handheld use, for example when locating a signal source.
