KST DS125MG - 28g/0,12s/7kg
KST DS125MG is a wing servo with a metal case and metal gears. At just 10mm thick, it easily fits into thin glider wings and jet models. With 7kg-cm of torque, it is suitable for F3F, F3B, F3J and F5J categories, fast gliders and jet models (“jets”).
The hardened steel gears are backlash-free and complemented by two ball bearings. It is powered by a coreless motor, while the case is CNC-machined from aluminum alloy. The servo weighs 28g. At 6V, it reaches a speed of 0,12s/60°. It is programmable, including smooth start-up (“soft start”).
The default travel is 100° (±50° at a 1000-2000uS signal).
Important notice: The servo is not high-voltage (HV). The operating voltage range is 4,8-6V, so it cannot be powered directly from a 2S LiPo battery.
