KST DS113MG V6.0 is a lightweight micro servo with metal gears, suitable for the fuselages of smaller electric RC aircraft and gliders. It is a high-voltage (HV) successor to the original DS113MG, so it is powered directly from a 2S LiPo or 2S LiFe battery without the need for a voltage regulator (BEC).
The servo weighs 12g. The case is plastic, with metal gears and one ball bearing. It is powered by a conventional cored motor. Operating voltage range is 4.8-8.4V. At 8.4V, it delivers 3.5kg-cm of torque and a speed of 0.09s/60°.
The default travel is 100° (±50° at a 1000-2000uS signal). The V6.0 version is now programmable. The KST Tool #5 programming card (sold separately) allows adjustment of the centre position, endpoints, rotation direction and smooth startup („soft start“).
