iFlight R5 2207 Race 2050Kv

iFlight R5 2207 Race 2050Kv is a powerful motor suitable for 5" racing and freestyle drones using 6S LiPo batteries. The manufacturer developed it for the Mach R5 racing quadcopter. It uses rounded N52H magnets with a groove in the middle, which shorten the motor response to throttle changes. NSK bearings ensure smooth operation and long service life. Thanks to the solid connection between the bell and shaft, the manufacturer was able to reduce the air gap between the magnets and stator. This increases magnetic flux, along with motor efficiency and power.

The bell is one-piece („unibell"). The motor weighs 34.6 grams including 150mm 20AWG cables. It mounts to the frame with four M3 screws on a 16x16mm pattern, while the propeller is secured to the 5mm shaft with an M5 nut. In the manufacturer's 6S test with a 5" Nazgul R5 V2 propeller, it achieved 2068g of thrust at full throttle.
