iFlight Nazgul DC5 ECO O4 Pro - 6S ELRS

iFlight DC5 Eco is an affordable freestyle five-inch drone with digital video transmission designed for flying outdoors just for fun or for capturing action footage. DC5 Eco is equipped with the FPV transmission DJI O4 Pro, which is among the very best. In addition to full HD image transmission at 100 frames per second, long range and low latency, DJI O4 also supports 4K recording directly onboard the drone. For more demanding video creators, the drone can easily carry a GoPro camera. The center of the drone with electronics is protected by plastic side panels. The XT60 connector is firmly mounted on the rear of the quadcopter. The battery cables therefore have no chance of getting caught in the propellers. The drone also uses Anti-spark. This prevents arcing when connecting the battery while charging the capacitors and extends connector life.

As the name suggests, the DC5 is in a  Deadcat configuration. In a Deadcat arm layout, the front arms are shifted backward and outward. This means the propellers are not visible in the frame. Not only does this avoid distracting the pilot during flight, but most importantly it does not spoil the 4K footage captured by the DJI O4 unit.

The quadcopter is based on a flight controller with an ATF435 processor, 32MB blackbox memory, a DPS310 barometer for altitude measurement and an ICM42688P gyro. The second part of the stack consists of a 55A ESC with BlHeli_S firmware. The ESC also includes a current sensor. Propulsion is provided by iFlight Xing-E Pro 2207 1800Kv motors. Video transmission is handled by the aforementioned DJI O4 unit.  The drone includes an iFlight ELRS receiver with a single antenna on the 2.4GHz frequency.

Recommended batteries are 6S with a capacity of 1300-1500mAh.

Important notice: The DJI O4 camera uses a new generation of gyroscopes that are more sensitive to vibrations. This may affect the proper function of RockSteady and Gyroflow stabilization.
