HOTA S6 Ultra is a powerful dual-channel charger not only for 1-6S Lipo batteries. The charger features a built-in power supply with a power of up to 480W, allowing for fast charging even when powered from a mains outlet. For field charging, there is also a DC input via an XT60 connector. The supported voltage is 10.5-30V. When powered by a DC voltage greater than 26V, the charger allows charging with a power of up to 325W per channel (650W total). In synchronous operation, when both channels charge one battery, the maximum power is 500W. Besides the two main XT60 connectors for charging batteries, the charger also has a USB-C connector with a power of up to 45W, two USB-A 5V/2.1A connectors, and an XT60 connector with 12V/1A output. The charger is actively cooled by a fan.
The charger supports all common types of cells NiCd, NiMH, LiPo, Liion, LiHV, and others. Charging settings are made via a rotary knob and button. All charging information is clearly displayed on a color display. Besides charging, the HOTA S6 can also discharge. Internal discharging is limited to a power of 15W. When using an external load, discharging can reach up to 350W per channel.
