HOTA S6 Ultra is a powerful dual-channel charger for 1-6S Lipo batteries. The charger has a built-in power supply with an output of up to 480W, enabling fast charging even from a wall outlet. For field charging, there is also a DC input via an XT60 connector. The supported voltage range is 10.5-30V. When powered by a DC voltage greater than 26V, the charger allows charging at a rate of up to 325W per channel (650W total). In sync mode, where both channels charge one battery, the maximum output is 500W. Apart from the two main XT60 connectors for battery charging, the charger also includes a USB-A 5V/2.1A connector and an XT60 connector with a 12V/1A output. The charger is actively cooled by a fan.
The charger supports all common types of cells including NiCd, NiMH, LiPo, Liion, LiHV, and others. Setting up the charging is done via a rotary knob and button. All charging information is clearly displayed on a color screen. In addition to charging, the HOTA S6 can also discharge. The internal discharge is limited to a power of 15W. When using an external load, discharging can reach power up to 350W per channel.
