Hawkeye 4K Thumb

Hawkeye 4K Thumb is an affordable and ultra-light action camera designed for small analog FPV drones. The camera has no built-in battery and weighs only under 16 grams. It can be powered in the range of 5–23V, making it ideal for smaller 2–3" drones. Hawkeye 4K Thumb records not only video but also gyro data, enabling post-stabilization in Gyroflow. It features a 12MP Sony sensor, 170° FOV, and supports video recording at 4K/30fps, 2.5K 4:3 50/30fps, 2.5K 16:9 30fps, 1080P 50/30fps. Without gyro data, it can record at 4K/50fps. Video is saved in mp4 format with H.265 encoding, making it a suitable camera for recreational content creators.

The camera also features an analog video output. Due to its higher latency (approx. 40ms), it is not recommended for use as a primary FPV camera on fast drones. Video recording can be remotely triggered via a switch on the RC transmitter, using a signal from the drone's flight controller. The USB-C port is used for power input and video output.
