Happymodel X14 AIO is a small board for 1–2S whoops that includes a flight controller, ESCs, video transmitter, and RC receiver. The board is well-suited for small copters where every gram matters.
The core of the flight controller is the G473 processor supplemented by the ICM42688P gyro. Despite its size, the board includes not only a voltage sensor but also a current sensor. The board is also equipped with 16MB of memory for blackbox and a 5V/2A BEC. The ESCs with Bluejay firmware support power from 1–2S batteries and current up to 12 A. They are suitable for motors sized 0802–1104 and for less aggressive copters even 1404.
The video transmission is handled by a video transmitter with OpenVTX firmware, switchable power from 10–400 mW, and a u.FL connector for antenna connection. The video transmitter is set up via the flight controller using the SmartAudio 2.1 protocol.
The receiver is ELRS 2.4 GHz connected via UART. The receiver has an integrated wired antenna. The telemetry power is 15 mW.
The AIO board does not have a built-in USB connector. An external USB-C port connects via the SH1.0-4Pin connector.
The video transmitter generates a lot of heat. Since it is integrated on the board with the rest of the electronics, we do not recommend leaving the board powered on for extended periods without airflow. If the video feed drops, it is necessary to allow the unit to cool down. In flight, the board cools properly with surrounding air. Do not power on the board without an attached antenna.
