Gaoneng 2500mAh 3S1P 12C is a Liion battery with an excellent price/performance ratio. The battery is suitable for lighter 3-4" drones, where it can provide long flight time. The advantage of Liion batteries is their higher energy density - they can offer higher capacity at lower weight. However, the disadvantage is lower discharge currents. It is therefore necessary to use the throttle carefully. Liion batteries are thus especially suitable for calm flying - cruise or long-range. We recommend landing at 2.7V per cell.
