FNIRSI 2D15P is a versatile measuring instrument suitable for electronics diagnostics, development, and repair. In one device it combines a dual-channel oscilloscope, True RMS multimeter, and signal generator, so it can display waveforms, measure common electrical quantities, and generate a test signal. Thanks to the built-in battery, it is not dependent on mains power and can be used on a workbench or in the field.
The oscilloscope operates at a sampling rate of 500MSa/s and offers an analog bandwidth of 100MHz when using one channel or 50MHz when using both channels simultaneously. The selectable memory depth of 10K, 100K, or 1M points allows the capture to be adapted to fast transients as well as longer waveforms. The time base is adjustable from 5ns to 50s and vertical sensitivity ranges from 10mV to 10V per division. The inputs have an impedance of 1MΩ and with the probe switched to 10x mode the manufacturer specifies a maximum input voltage of 800V. For waveform capture, trigger modes Auto, Normal and Single are available with rising, falling, or both edges. The device supports both AC and DC coupling and includes a switchable 20MHz bandwidth limit, which can be used to reduce high-frequency noise when observing ripple or small voltage changes. Waveforms can be displayed as dots, vector, or using color temperature. Also available are 128 grayscale levels, adjustable persistence including infinite, XY mode, cursor measurement, and mathematical operations between signals. The oscilloscope can capture up to approximately 1200 separate signal records per second, helping to reveal short spikes and irregular events. Automatic measurements make it easy to quickly evaluate basic signal parameters without manual reading from the grid. Measured waveforms can be saved and exported for later comparison or further analysis.
The integrated True RMS multimeter with 19999 counts measures DC and AC voltage and current, resistance, and capacitance. Diode test and audible continuity check are also included. The measurement range extends up to 1000V DC, 750V AC, and 9,999A for both DC and AC current. Resistance can be measured up to 19,999MΩ and capacitance up to 99,99mF. The value waveform display mode also allows monitoring the development of the measured quantity over time.
The third part of the device is a single-channel DDS signal generator up to 10MHz. It supports eleven common waveform shapes, amplitude adjustment from 0,1 to 3,0Vpp, and duty cycle in the 0–100 % range. The generator can be used as a test signal source without the need to connect another separate device.
Operation combines a 4,3" capacitive IPS touchscreen with physical buttons. The touchscreen provides a clear display of waveforms and the buttons allow quick access to frequently used functions. Power is provided by a built-in 5000mAh battery, which is recharged via the USB-C connector.
