Flywoo QuickCool VTX Fan is a portable fan suitable for quickly cooling video transmitters and other electronics. It is particularly useful when the drone is powered on for a long time and not flying - typically during setup, in the workshop, or while waiting for GPS satellites.
The fan is powered by a 2207-1750KV motor with a 25A ESC and a 3.5" propeller, providing sufficient airflow for effective cooling. The input voltage is 2–6S (LiPo, LiHV, and Li-ion) via an XT60 connector. Battery is not included.
LCD display on the fan body shows the current battery voltage and throttle value. The speed is smoothly controlled by a single controller. The fan includes several safety mechanisms: upon activation, it automatically locks and requires unlocking via a side button, it emits an audible signal when throttle exceeds 0% before unlocking, it will automatically lock after 30 seconds of inactivity, and it will also stop if the battery voltage drops below the set threshold. The default alarm is set at 3.4 V/cell (LIPO AUTO). The fan also supports a constant speed function – pressing the side button while running will lock the current throttle value.
Maximum power depends on the battery used: at 2–3S, full power (100%) can be utilized, at 4S, power is limited to 55%, and at 5–6S to 30%.
