Flywoo Flylens 85 O4 Wide is a lightweight 2" cinewhoop for 2S batteries with DJI O4 digital video transmission and an O4 Wide wide-angle camera, suitable for cinematic flying indoors, in halls and tight spaces, as well as for relaxed outdoor flights around trees and buildings. Thanks to its ducted propellers and low weight of 75.3 g without battery, it is relatively safe to fly even near people.

The drone is built on the Flylens 85 O4 frame. The carbon plates have a special black surface finish, while the prop guards are injection-molded from durable polycarbonate, providing good protection for both the propellers and surroundings. The propellers use a reversed configuration (“reverse push”), which delivers higher efficiency, more stable flight and lower noise — a practical benefit when filming indoors around people. The upper and lower frame sections are held together by only four screws, making disassembly and part replacement quick. The battery is secured in a quick-release mount with two spare holes at the front and rear, allowing the center of gravity to be adjusted according to battery capacity. The camera sits on a CNC dampening platform, which isolates vibrations from the frame and minimizes the “jello” effect in recordings. The ducts feature a flexible LED strip with its own 3.3V BEC for better visibility, even when flying at dusk.

Flight control is handled by the Flywoo GOKU F405 HD 1-2S ELRS V2 AIO board, integrating the flight controller, ESCs and receiver. The flight controller uses an STM32F405 (BGA) processor combined with an ICM42688-P gyro, an altitude-measuring barometer and 8 MB of blackbox memory. The drone is equipped with an ELRS receiver operating at 2.4 GHz. The board also features a regulated 9V BEC for powering the video unit, a USB-C connector and I2C solder pads for optionally connecting a compass. The integrated 4-in-1 ESCs handle a continuous current of 12 A and run BLHeli_S firmware. Propulsion is provided by ROBO 1003 14800 Kv motors paired with 2015 two-blade propellers. The motors are connected via connectors, so replacement does not require soldering.

Video transmission is provided by the DJI O4 Wide Air Unit with an ultra-wide 159° field of view, making orientation in tight spaces easier. The unit enables recording at up to 4K/60 FPS directly to its built-in memory, eliminating the need to carry an external HD camera, and operates with latency of around 20 ms. An ND filter for the O4 Wide camera is included, reducing the amount of light and enabling recording with smoother motion blur even on sunny days.

The drone is intended for use with DJI Goggles 3 or DJI Goggles N3. It can also be used with DJI Goggles 2 or DJI Integra. However, Racemode is not available in this case and the maximum bitrate is limited to 50 Mbps.

Recommended batteries are 2S with a capacity of 550-1000 mAh and an XT30 connector. Batteries are not included.

Important notice: The DJI O4 camera uses a new generation of gyroscopes that are more sensitive to vibrations. This may affect the proper operation of RockSteady and Gyroflow stabilization.
