Flywoo Explorer LR4 V2 is a small 4" drone suitable for calm cruising or long-range. Thanks to its low weight of 179g it is quiet and has a long flight time. The V2 version uses a modified camera mount with four softmounts. This modification addresses vibrations in the video footage that appear with newer series of DJI O4 Air Unit / DJI O4 Pro Air Unit units with the 1469D gyroscope.
A major advantage is the digital video transmission DJI O4 Pro, which allows video transmission in fullHD quality and recording in 4K resolution. The frame has a deadcat design, where the front arms are shifted more to the sides and rearward, so the propeller edges are not visible in the image. The drone is equipped with a GPS module as standard, so it supports automatic return to the takeoff point. A great addition is also a buzzer with its own battery, which starts beeping if the main battery is disconnected in a crash.
The drone is powered by NIN1404 2750Kv motors with 4" bi-blade propellers and a 4S battery. Flight control is handled by the GOKU F7 Mini flight controller with the ICM42688-P gyro, 16MB of blackbox memory, and a barometer for altitude measurement. The ESCs use 32-bit firmware and can handle up to 45A. The drone is equipped with an ELRS receiver with one antenna on the 2.4GHz frequency.
Recommended batteries are 4S with a capacity of 650-1000mAh or 4S Li-ion batteries made from 18650 cells.
