Flywoo Explorer LR4 is a small 4" drone suitable for relaxed cruising or long-range flying. Thanks to its low weight of 168g it is quiet and has a long flight time. A major advantage is the digital video transmission Walksnail Avatar. The frame has a deadcat shape, with the front arms shifted more to the sides and backward, so the propeller edges are not visible in the image. The drone is equipped with a GPS module as standard, enabling automatic return to home. A great addition is also the buzzer with its own battery, which starts beeping if the main battery is disconnected in a crash.
The drone is powered by NIN1404 2750Kv motors with 4" two-blade propellers and a 4S battery. Flight control is handled by the GOKU F7 Mini flight controller with an ICM42688 gyro, 16MB of blackbox memory and a barometer for altitude measurement. The ESCs use BlHeli_S firmware and can handle up to 40A. Image transmission is provided by the digital video transmitter Walksnail Avatar HD kit V2 with 32GB of memory, supplemented by a Flywoo LHCP antenna. The drone is equipped with an ELRS receiver with a single antenna on the 2.4GHz frequency.
Recommended batteries are 4S with a capacity of 650-1000mAh or 4S Liion batteries made from 18650 cells.
