Flycolor Raptor Slim 40A 2-4S BLS

Flycolor Raptor Slim 40A is a standalone ESC for a single motor, suitable for FPV drones or RC airplanes. The ESC supports 2-4S LiPo battery power and handles continuous current up to 40A.

The ESC has a slim design measuring 35x10x7mm, allowing it to fit on 10 mm wide arms while creating less air resistance in flight. It weighs 9.1 g. The electronics are protected by an attached heatsink, which also helps dissipate heat. The signal wire is a twisted pair (“twisted pair”) with 28 AWG silicone insulation, reducing signal interference. The motor connects to solder pads.

It is based on an EFM8BB21F16G processor clocked at 50 MHz. It supports the digital protocols DShot150, DShot300, and DShot600, which do not require throttle calibration, as well as Multishot, Oneshot, and PWM. Settings are configured via a computer using a configurator; a USB adapter or flight controller is required for PC connection. The ESC does not feature a BEC.
