Flycolor Francy 2 is an ESC primarily designed for RC airplanes that do not use a flight controller. It supports 3–6S LiPo batteries and delivers continuous current up to 50A. The ESC includes a built-in BEC module that provides a 5V output with 3A current capacity. By bridging two solder pads on the ESC, the BEC can be reconfigured to output 12V at up to 2A (requires a minimum 4S battery input).
The ESC runs on BlHeli_32 firmware, which offers a wide range of adjustable parameters such as motor direction, 3D mode support, motor timing, and PWM output frequency up to 128kHz. Configuration is most conveniently done via PC using the BlHeliSuite32 software. You can download the configuration tool here. A USB adapter is required to connect the ESC to your computer.
