DarwinFPV BabyApe III is a smaller 3.5" freestyle drone with analog video transmission. The drone is suitable for flying in the garden, park, or while traveling. It is equipped with a GPS module, supporting automatic return to home. OSD displays speed and distance from the takeoff point. There is a USB port for easy configuration behind the GPS module.
The battery is located on top of the drone between the carbon plates. This protects it and keeps it securely in place. Batteries up to 20mm wide can be placed between the carbon plates.
The drone uses an AIO board DrawinFPV F435 with 30A AM32 ESCs. The board features a ICM42688 gyro and has 16MB memory for blackbox. It is powered by Bling 1504 4000Kv motors combined with HQProp T3.5x2.5x3 propellers. Video transmission is provided by Caddx Ant in combination with video transmitters with up to 1200mW output.
The recommended batteries are 4S with a capacity of around 660-950mAh and an XT30 connector.
