BetaFPV Air65 II Champion - 1S ELRS

Air65 II Champion is a lightweight 1S Tinywhoop designed for racing and freestyle flying indoors. The Champion is the most powerful version of the BetaFPV Air65 II series, intended for fast flying and experienced pilots. The Champion variant uses a lightweight frame and motors with ball bearings, which are soldered to the board instead of using traditional connectors for weight reduction.

 The drone utilizes 31mm propellers and has a diagonal motor distance of 65 mm. With a very low weight of around 17 g, flying it is completely safe at home or in the office.

The second version features a new AIO board aimed at higher crash resistance. The AIO board Matrix 1S 5v1 II combines flight controller, ESC, ELRS receiver, and analog video transmitter with an OSD chip into one board. The used G473 processor combined with the ICM42688P gyro provides precise control and smooth flight. The integrated video transmitter supports transmission power of 25–400 mW and uses the SmartAudio protocol for easy setup. The drone is equipped with a C03 camera with a resolution of 1200 TVL, 160° FOV, and an aspect ratio of 4:3. The camera is protected by a lightweight and flexible Air Canopy with an adjustable camera angle of 25–50°. The integrated ELRS receiver is connected via UART. It operates on a frequency of 2.4 GHz and is equipped with a wired antenna.

The motors used, BETAFPV 0702 36000KV, combined with Gemfan 1207-3 propellers, provide enough power for aggressive flying. The Air65 II Champion frame is made of lightweight and durable plastic, weighing only 2.2 grams.

LiPo batteries fit into a space in the frame sized 11.4 × 6.2 mm. The drone is equipped with a BT2.0 connector.

1S LiPo batteries with a capacity of around 300 mAh are recommended. Batteries are not included.
