BetaFPV Air camera

BetaFPV Air camera is a miniature analog FPV camera suitable for Tiny Whoops, especially BetaFPV Air and Meteor series drones. The camera has an ultra-wide field of view, allowing the pilot to see more of the surroundings and react sooner in tight turns and during freestyle in complex environments.

The camera uses a 1/4.5" CMOS sensor and offers 600TVL resolution. The sensor integrates color processing directly on the chip, ensuring stable color reproduction with low power consumption and less heat generation. The camera has a fixed aspect ratio and operates in the NTSC standard. It is equipped with a glass lens, which provides a sharper image and is more scratch-resistant than a plastic lens. Shutter and gain („AGC") are adjusted automatically.

The camera can be powered within a 5-12V range, but we recommend powering it from the flight controller's 5V BEC. It connects via a JST 0.8mm connector on a 40mm cable, allowing solder-free connection to whoop AIO boards, such as the BetaFPV Matrix 1S 5IN1. The manufacturer recommends pairing it with the Air II Canopy. The camera measures 11x13x12.5mm and weighs only 1.48g.
