3M Dual Lock™

Dual Lock™ is a hook-and-loop alternative from 3M, whose products are generally among the best in their categories. 

Dual Lock is ideal for securing a battery on a carbon frame and anywhere else where we need a strong, quick, yet detachable connection. Unlike conventional hook-and-loop fasteners based on hooks and loops, the two parts of Dual Lock are identical. There are 40 mushroom-shaped heads per 1 cm² that interlock when pressed together. This joining method significantly exceeds the strength and durability of classic hook-and-loop fasteners. The underside is equipped with adhesive, which provides perfect adhesion to almost all types of materials, as well as resistance to moisture and UV radiation.
