The HGLRC Thor 4 Pro is a parallel charging board with a discharge module. Using parallel charging, you can charge multiple batteries at the same time even on a single-channel charger. Thor 4 allows the connection of up to 4 batteries with an XT60 or XT30 connector. The batteries connected in parallel then appear to the charger as one large battery (the capacity is added). For added safety, Thor 4 has a set of fuses for each battery. One main 15A fuse for XT60/XT30 connector. There are self-resetting thermal fuses at the balance connector. A short circuit is indicated by an LED.
Always connect batteries with the same number of cells and the same voltage. The voltage between individual batteries must not be bigger than 0.2V. Otherwise, the battery or charging plate may be damaged. Batteries with different capacities can be connected to the parallel board.
A discharge module is located at the end of the board. It works independently from the rest of the parallel charging board. You simply connect the battery and use the button to select the number of battery cells. Discharge stops for 3.8V per cell. The discharge module heats up during discharge. The discharge current depends on the battery voltage (approx. 0.5A for 6S batteries).
