Matek I2C-INA-BM is a current and voltage sensor based on the TI INA228 chip, which enables very precise measurements thanks to its 20-bit resolution. Current is measured via a shunt resistor. Thanks to the low resistance of the conductive path (typically 200 μΩ), the losses are negligible. The sensor allows for continuous current measurement of up to 150A and voltage up to 85V.

The current sensor connects to the flight controller via an I2C bus. By bridging pads on the sensor, it is possible to change the sensor's address, allowing up to three sensors to be used on the same bus. Thanks to the digital connection with the controller, no calibration is required.

The Matek I2C-INA-BM is supported only by ArduPilot firmware.
