Flyfish Volador II VX5 T700 is the second iteration of a high-end freestyle frame. It features a VX5 Squashed X configuration for 5" propellers. The X layout ensures that the front and rear arms are identical, resulting in symmetrical geometry and excellent flight characteristics. The 5" freestyle category is the most common and versatile, suitable for aggressive freestyle flying, casual flying, or filming.
The frame is cut from premium T700 carbon fiber, which offers superior strength compared to standard T300 carbon. The 6mm thick arms provide exceptional durability in crashes and help reduce vibrations transmitted to the flight controller. The craftsmanship is excellent—beveled edges prevent wire damage, and grade 12.9 steel screws with pre-applied Loctite ensure secure and vibration-resistant fastening. The camera is protected in a metal holder made from robust 7075 aluminum alloy, the same material often used in high-end drone motors. It is mounted in a silicone insert that absorbs vibrations and improves video quality. The frame includes a variety of 3D prints, such as arm guards, a GoPro mount, and a GPS holder. A silicone battery pad on the top plate provides grip and helps prevent battery ejection in crashes. The XT60 connector is firmly mounted to the top plate, preventing the battery wires from being cut by the props.
The frame supports M3 mounting holes for 20x20mm and 30.5x30.5mm stacks. The rear accommodates a second stack with M2 holes at 20x20mm and 25.5x25.5mm. It is compatible with both analog and digital video systems such as Caddx Vista, Walksnail Avatar, DJI O3, DJI O4, and DJI O4 Pro.
3D prints are supplied in black.
