DarwinFPV BabyApe II - 4S ELRS - unpacked

DarwinFPV BabyApe II is a small and affordable 3.5" drone suitable for flying in parks, on larger gardens, or in fields. The drone is equipped with a buzzer and features LED lights on the arms for better visibility. The camera, flight controller, and ESCs are waterproof, enhancing the drone's durability and lifespan. The drone can also be equipped with a lightweight action camera such as a naked GoPro or Runcam Thumb. The frame is in a Wide-X configuration, and the diagonal motor distance is 156mm. For increased durability, the arms are milled from 3.5mm thick carbon. Due to its low weight, the drone can achieve a long flight time of over 10 minutes.

BabyApe II uses 1504 3600Kv motors combined with HQProp T3.5x2x3 propellers and a 4S battery. The flight is managed by a flight controller with an F411 processor and MPU6500 gyro. The ESCs can handle current up to 30A and use Bluejay firmware. Video transmission is handled by the DarwinFPV Cement camera and a video transmitter with power up to 600mW. The drone uses an external ELRS receiver DarwinFPV Cement on a frequency of 2.4GHz.

Recommended batteries are 4S Lipo with a capacity of around 850mAh.
