Jackery Explorer 500 is a portable battery suitable for charging in the field without access to electricity. Jackery Explorer 500 has an integrated Liion battery with a capacity of 518 Watthours (24Ah, 21.6V). It is equipped with a 230V AC socket with a power of 500W, 3 USB-A ports, 2 DC ports and 1 DC car socket. With the Explorer 500, you can power not only your charger but also devices such as a phone, laptop, light, fan, mini fridge, etc.
Thanks to the weight of 6.4 kg and the sturdy handle, the station can be easily carried. Individual outputs can be intuitively switched on/off using the buttons. Battery charge status and consumption information are shown on the display. You can charge the Exporer 500 from an AC socket, from the car or with an additional SolarSaga solar panel. In combination with a solar panel, you can charge practically continuously on a sunny day. It takes about 7 hours to fully charge the station from the mains.
In addition to more outputs, the main advantage of field charging from a charging station instead of a large battery is safety. The intelligent charging station has protection against short circuit, overcharge, undercharge or high temperature.
